	<li>500g bag Ancient Grain Pancake Mix</li>
	<li>3 large organic eggs</li>
	<li>1/4 stick (2 tbsp) butter, melted (unsalted &amp; cultured is best)</li>
	<li>1 tbsp (13g) extra virgin olive oil</li>
	<li><b>2 3/4 to 3 cups buttermilk</b></li>
</ul>

<ul>
	<li>1 cup organic blueberries</li>
	<li>1 tsp pure vanilla extract</li>

<ol>
	<li>preheat griddle to medium, grease generously for first pancake</li>
	<li>prepare wet mix as per package instructions substituting buttermilk for yogurt and milk</li>
	<li>stir vanilla into wet mix</li>
	<li>gently stir in the entire bag of grains</li>
	<li>ladle onto griddle,spreading slightly if desired</li>
	<li>place a dozen or so blueberries on each pancake as it cooks</li>
	<li>serve with real maple syrup (no fake stuff please!)</li>
