On a family outing to Toronto’s Pioneer Village, my mother bought a sack of fresh hand-milled flour and made the muffin recipe on the back. I never forgot the delicious grainy taste of those muffins. When I discovered fresh grain baking 30 years later, I finally realized why they were so good.

Incredible fresh ground flavours

I can’t say for sure, but I think we’ve improved on that muffin. We use a blend of organic spelt, kamut and oats, and just enough sugar so that the aromatic flavours of the grains shine through.

The result is delicious and satisfying, dense with nutrients and bursting with complex flavours and textures that satisfy your cravings and nourish your body.
