Healthy Snack Fundraising Program
We’re a little family business committed to healthy eating and healthy communities. Nowhere is this more important than with our children—for school performance and in developing life-long eating habits.
Sadly, many common school snacks provide poor nutrition, wreak blood sugar havoc and impair learning. GRAINSTORM baking is a sweet treat, but dense with nutrition that digests slowly and evenly. So kids are satisfied and ready for hours of learning without any nutritional handicap.
Our fundraising program is a unique way to raise some extra money for your school while introducing a unique healthy product into your community and into your family. Kids love GRAINSTORM products and they love making them too. We have great, easy recipes or you can cook up your own. And GRAINSTORM baked goods freeze beautifully—so they’re easy to pack for school snacks and lunches on those busy mornings.
How our program works
Your school gets 30% of all sales revenue generated by the fundraising event. We’ve designed our program for easiest possible administration and implementation, taking advantage of web technologies to make the whole thing fast, efficient and environmentally friendly. We can partner with any school in Ontario and most locations across Canada. Here’s how it works:
We provide
- a custom web order form with secure payment through PayPal
- links to your order form for inclusion in e-newsletters, school website, etc.
- a customized flyer for printing and distribution to students (if desired)
- realtime campaign reporting for key stakeholders (passwords required)
- final financial reports along with a check for 30% of sales within 3 days of campaign close
- packaging of individual orders clearly labeled with purchaser/student/class
- delivery in bulk to your school for distribution on the designated day
All your school needs to do is
- provide a list of teachers (so orders can be assigned to classrooms)
- promote the fundraiser online and/or by flyer to classrooms
- distribute orders to the designated classrooms/students
- cash the cheque!

Prefer the old analog methods? We can do that too!
We’ll provide your custom flyer with an order form on the back. Students return the order form to class along with a check made out to your school. The school sends us copies of the order forms, a tally sheet and a cheque for 70% of the sales. Not as slick, put proven and familiar!
