He’s the organic farmer that supplies our artisan grains: Spelt, Kamut, Red Fife Wheat and Oats. He farms up near Owen Sound. If he doesn’t grow it himself, he knows the man who does. Like us, Sean believes in back-to-basics local sustainability and is building his business on it. The yields he gets are a fraction of commercial wheat, but he can sell at a premium to discerning customers. It’s well worth the price in flavor, nutrition and sustainability.
