Canada Post Expedited Parcel
GRAINSTORM ships Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. It’s economical, reliable and pretty quick. Your shipment is also insured. We encourage energy-efficient delivery by offering $2 shipping in Southern Ontario for orders of six bags of more (over $40). We also subsidize shipping to the rest of Canada on orders over $40 although prices are $4-6 higher — see calculations in cart. For orders under $40, our Canadian shipping rate varies between $8 and $16 depending on where you are in the country.
Free Wednesday Local Delivery Option
On orders over $25, we offer a free delivery service to customers in our East End Toronto Neighborhoods. We make the rounds every Wednesday, and leave your package on the porch or by your door or wherever you specify in the order notes. We can’t deliver to apartments or condos unless the package can be left in the lobby. Here’s our zone map:

US shipping
We offer a flat US shipping rate of $18 for orders over $50, which is not very attractive, we realize, but the reality of cross-border shipping. The good news is, our prices are all in Canadian dollars. US orders under $50 cannot be accepted.
